  I liked it because, it's close to my house, good range of products, competitive prices, good service (friendly staffs). 5 star is reserved for bigger supermarket/ branch which has wider range of products.

  Customer service was awful. I asked a server named 'Steve' in BWS, liquor shop if he could check me price of a bottle of Rum which was on offer 'buy two for 72'. He was reluctant even to scan a bottle and said I can check a price on the shelf where I picked up a bottle. After I said price tag for individual bottle is not mentioned there, He scanned the bottle and said the price. Later after paying for the rum I kindly asked if he could double bag a rum. Server reacted in a rude manner and refuse even one extra bag. I felt so humiliated that I returned that bottle of rum and asked for refund. I was a worst customer service ever had in my life. He got to learn who to serve customer.
